a. Qualifications – B.E. or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering. An MBA-Marketing will be an added advantage.
b. Age – 25 to 30 years of age
c. Background –
· Experience should preferably be in Automotive or Auto-components industry or in Industrial products or Pump industry
· For an Engineer with MBA, a total work experience of 4 to 5 years which should be in Sales and Business Development.
· For a BE / B.Tech, a total work experience of 5 – 7 years which should be in Sales and Business Development.
d. He should work to develop new markets and customers for company’s products. Target is to strengthen the sales and business development in his zone.
